                                                             Preface

The main technical content of this standard is not equivalent to the international standard ISO5614:1988 "Technical Conditions for Delivery of Full Locked Cables for Mine Hoisting".

Compared with international standards:
The length tolerance of the wire rope is stricter than ISO 5614;
The allowable deviation of the special-shaped steel wire strength is stricter than ISO 5614;
The quality of steel wire zinc layer is higher than ISO 5614;
Increased the steel wire strength grade. .
This standard replaces GB/T 352-1988.

The main changes of this standard compared with the previous version of the standard are as follows:
The standards are divided into passenger ropeway full locked cables and other FLC according to their uses;
Added round wire rope specifications and wire rope cores with point-line contact and line contact structures;
The whole rope test method of the full locked cables is added, and the minimum breaking force conversion coefficient of the full locked cables is given;
The out-of-roundness of the sealing wire rope is specified;
Improved wire bending and torsion value;
The steel wire strength level has been increased, and the allowable deviation of the steel wire strength has been adjusted.
This standard was proposed by the former National Bureau of Metallurgical Industry.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Steel Standardization Technical Committee.
The previous editions of the standard replaced by this standard are as follows:
GB/T 352-1964, GB/T 352-1988.

 


                                                           Full locked cables

1. Fan circle

This standard specifies the classification, size, shape, quality and allowable deviations, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, markings and quality certificates of full locked cables
This standard is applicable to the full locked cables (hereinafter referred to as the full locked cables) used in passenger ropeways, mine tank roads, tower crane main ropes, excavator ropes, suspension bridge main ropes and other occasions.

2. Normative references

The clauses in the following documents have become clauses of this standard after being quoted in this standard. For dated reference documents, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata content) or revisions do not apply to this standard. However, all parties that have reached an agreement based on this standard are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used . For undated reference documents, the latest version is applicable to this standard.

3 categories

3.1 Full locked cables (FLC) are classified into passenger ropeway full locked cables and mine tank roads and other full locked cables, passenger ropeway full locked cables, and other full locked cables (including mine tank roads, tower crane main ropes, excavator ropes, suspension bridges, etc.). Main cable etc.)
3.2 According to the structure, the full locked cables is divided into three types: point contact, point line contact, and line contact. The outer layer is twisted 1~5 layers of special-shaped steel wire. If the buyer does not clearly require the structure of the FLC, the structure of the full locked cables is determined by the supplier.
3.3 The full locked cables is divided into two types: smooth and galvanized according to the surface state of the steel wire.
3.4 The twist direction of the full locked cables is determined according to the twist direction of the outermost steel wire, which is divided into two types: left twist (S) and right twist (Z). If there is no requirement for the party, the right twist is supplied.
3.5 Marking example
a) The right-twist galvanized full locked cables with a nominal diameter of 20mm, composed of a layer of Z-shaped steel wire and a line contact rope core, with a strength level of 1470MPa and a special grade of full locked cabes toughness is marked as:
Full locked cables 20 Zn-18 Z+6/6+6+1-1470 special grade Z GB/T 352-2002 or simply marked as: 20 Zn-Z-1470 special grade Z GB/T 352-2002.

b) With a nominal diameter of 60 mm, it is composed of three layers of Z-shaped steel wires and a point contact rope core, with a strength level of 1370 MPa, and a left-twisted smooth full locked cables with an ordinary grade of FLC toughness marked as:

Full locked cables 60-33Z- 26Z-22Z+18+12+6+1-1370 ordinary grade S GB/T 35-2002 or simply marked as 60-ZZZ-1370 ordinary grade S GB/T 352-2002.
