Establishment of the structure of steel wire rope in the standard of "wire rope for rotary drilling rig"
According to the Circular No. 20l1]134 of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Printing and Distributing the Second Batch of Industry Standards Revision Plan for 2011", Changsha Aolong and Metallurgical Industry Information Standards Research Institute were the main drafting units to develop rotary drilling rigs. The author believes that the formulation of the recommended standard for "Rope Drilling Rig Wire Rope" is necessary and timely. The scope of application determined by the standard is appropriate, and it stipulates the classification, materials, technical requirements, acceptance methods, inspection rules, packaging, signs and quality certificates of the wire ropes for rotary drilling rigs. Through research and development, and according to the user's usage and service life feedback, it is believed that: (1) The category of steel wire ropes without rope cores listed in the standard of "Rope Drilling Rigs", such as 24 (w) × 7, Seven types of 35(W)×7, 15xK7, 18xK7, 35(W)xK7 are suitable, which is conducive to protecting the advanced structure of this type of wire rope, and is conducive to the improvement of the overall production level of steel wire ropes for rotary drilling rigs in China. 2) Focusing on the maximum specifications of steel wire ropes used in domestic rotary drilling rigs and taking into account future development trends, it is appropriate to determine the maximum diameter of the steel wire rope as 40mm, which needs to be confirmed after careful investigation.
6 Conclusion
In view of the extensive application of rotary drilling rigs in China, based on years of research and production practice of the steel wire ropes used, it is determined that the scientific selection of the structure of the steel wire ropes for rotary drilling rigs is necessary. The enterprise shall carry out fine management and control of the whole process of the production of wire ropes for rotary drilling rigs, and constantly improve the actual level of wire rope digging to fully ensure that the actual performance of the wire ropes is consistent with the working conditions of rotary drilling rigs.
