    China Quality News Network News on October 29th, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine announced the results of the third batch of national supervision and spot checks on the quality of wire rope products. The products in this spot check are wire ropes, including 3 types of wire ropes for elevators, wire ropes for important purposes, and wire ropes for general purposes. . A total of 11 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, including Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Sichuan, Guizhou, Gansu, Xinjiang, etc., were spot-checked on 60 products produced by 60 companies, and the number of spot-checked companies accounted for the national production companies 22.7% of the total 264 companies. Among them, there are 51 qualified enterprises and 51 qualified products, with a sampling rate of 85%.
    Wire rope is an important part of special equipment such as hoisting machinery, elevators, cable cars, winches, etc. It is mainly used for various forms of carrying, lifting and transmission. It is widely used in construction, coal, mining, metallurgy, ports, tourism, bridges, transportation, Petroleum, marine and other industries are closely related to safe production and personal and property safety.
    Among them, elevator wire ropes have undergone 4 national supervision and random inspections since 2005, and the first 3 product qualification rates were 92.9% (2005), 91.7% (2011), 96.7% (2012), and this time was 81.8% , 15 percentage points lower than in 2012, the lowest pass rate in the past 4 random checks. The unqualified items are the same as in 2012. The content of fiber core lubricant is still the content of fiber core lubricant, indicating that elevator steel wire rope manufacturers have not paid enough attention to fiber core lubricant content. It is the first time that important-purpose steel wire ropes are included in the national supervision spot check. This time, only 6 batches of important-purpose steel wire ropes from 6 enterprises were spot-checked, and 5 batches were qualified with a pass rate of 83.3%. The diameter of the center wire of the unqualified items is not thickened and the tensile strength of the split wire exceeds the upper limit of the standard. 43 batches of general-purpose steel wire ropes were spot-checked, 37 batches were qualified, and the product qualification rate was 86.0%. In 2010, 2011 and 2012, the national supervision spot-check product qualification rates were 86.1%, 85.7% and 87.5% respectively. The products were qualified in this spot-check. The rate has not changed significantly from the past.
    Judging from the statistical distribution of unqualified inspection items in the recent 6 national supervision and random inspections, the inspection items with the most quality problems are mainly 4 items such as the diameter of the center wire, the diameter of the wire, the tensile strength of the split wire, and the weight of the coating of the split wire. These projects do not have any difficulty in terms of production technology, process equipment level and process quality control. The main reasons for the problems are as follows: (1) The operators are not very responsible and do not strictly implement the process and technical regulations; (2) The internal process quality control and inspection of the enterprise are lacking, and the production and inspection are not organized according to the standards; (3) The cost is reduced by sacrificing product quality, and even cutting corners.
    Therefore, experts suggest that the government and industry organizations should formulate effective measures in terms of product policies, standards and regulations to promote corporate restructuring, eliminate backward production capacity, promote independent innovation and industrial structure upgrading, and accelerate the transformation of economic development mode; increase market access thresholds and encourage enterprises Merger and unite, and take the road of large-scale and intensive production and development.
