API 9A Rope Specification is the first choice of product standards for steel wire rope.

Other standards are as following:GB8918 Important Uses Rope, GB / T 20118 General Purpose Wire Rope, GB/T200 Large Diameter Wire Rope, YB / T 5359 Compacted Strand Rope. Q/SY1285 is a common product standards. We can execute other product standards or do as your requirements.

High pressure inject the plastic polymer to form a cushion between strand and strand,distribute internal pressure;polymer can seal lubricant to keep the rope internal lubrication to prevent external impurities and dirt into wire rope;steel core filled plastic polymer to reduce internal abrasion and distribute internal pressure;plastic polymer has a stable performance and do not soften or melt under the normal operation temperature and provide excellent abrasion resistance and anti-crush for the sake of being used in rigorous.
